Where are you based?

We are based in Loughton in Essex, but we do travel.

Can you send me a price list?

We have a price list for our sleepovers, picnic tables and helium balloons, so please get in touch if you are after one of these services. Our displays are bespoke, but once you have an idea we will be able to give you a quote.

What deposit is required?

We require a 50% deposit to secure your date, the balance is then due two days before the event.

Can I change my date?

If you need to change your date, we require at least four weeks notice.

Do you have a marquee, stretch tent, bell tent or bouncy castle?

No, we do not offer these services, but we know great companies that we can highly recommend!

How do the sleepovers work?

We set up the sleepover tents before all your guests arrive and then pack them away the next day once all your guests have gone home. We have two different styles of tents and different length mattresses to suit different heights. We have proper mattresses (we don’t use blow up beds)! We want to ensure a full glamping, not camping experience! Our tents come with duvets, blankets, pillows and lots of cushions to ensure maximum cosiness. We have 20 themes.

What makes a Cherry Tree Sleepover different?

Each child receives a personalised plaque, personalised eye mask and a drinks bottle. The sleepover comes with a treat table too!

Are your picnic tables suitable for adults & kids?

Yes, we offer picnic tables for both. For the adults we have plates, side plates and lots of glassware. For the kids we can work with the theme you want and the picnic tables come with themed paper plates, napkins and they each receive a personalised water bottle to keep.

Do you have insurance?

Yes, we have insurance so you are in safe hands!

Do you offer outdoor set ups?

Yes, we love setting up your displays outside but if it is too windy or rainy conditions then we will have to set up inside or under cover.
